Gift Voucher Rules
• You can purchase a gift voucher through our website, via email, by ordering by phone, or by visiting the Pošiūno Klinika.
• Pay for the gift voucher by bank transfer if purchased on the website; also in cash, or by bank card – by visiting the clinic.
• Advance booking is required to use the gift voucher.
• The gift voucher can be used to pay for healthcare and other services provided by the clinic.
• The gift voucher is not exchangeable for cash.
• If the price of services is less than the value of the gift voucher, no refund will be applied. If the price of services or goods is higher, the difference must be paid additionally.
• The gift voucher can be used to pay for part of the services until the final amount specified on the voucher is spent, but not longer than six months from the purchase date.
• Upon request, a prepayment invoice for the gift voucher can be issued, but only after the services are provided.
• The gift voucher is valid for six months from the date of purchase; if the gift voucher is not used within six months, the money for the purchase will not be refunded.
• When visiting the clinic, please present the electronic or printed gift voucher to the reception staff.
